IHS Student Wins Gold at the National Biology Qualifier

Anisha Sivakumar, a grade 11 student at the Oud Metha campus, recently won a Gold Medal at the National Biology Qualifier Round 2 organised by the International Olympiad Foundation. Anisha secured the UAE National Rank 1 and will go on to represent UAE at the International Earth Science Olympiad, China.

The Olympiad tests a students’ knowledge in main areas of earth sciences, including geology, geophysics, meteorology, oceanography, astronomy, and environmental sciences.
