At the end of every school year, graduating students walk solemnly towards the stage elegantly garbed in their robes and tassels. One cannot underestimate the significance of such a moment as every student’s journey towards graduation is filled with all sorts of trials and challenges.

There’s always a colossal build-up for a graduation ceremony for everyone involved...the graduating student, parents, and the educators. But we understand that parents will probably be more excited than anyone else. Their pride upon envisioning those graduating certificates will no doubt lead to tears, tight, squeezy hugs and even more tears. Hosting an in-person ceremony was our way of giving an opportunity for parents and students to enjoy this emotional ride together.

On 27th June, we welcomed His Excellency Dr. Aman Puri, Consul General of India – Dubai along with 80 students. Joining the celebrations were members of our board of trustees and the parents of graduating students.

H.E. Dr. Aman Puri assumed charge as Consul General of India, Dubai in July 2020. He is a member of the Indian Foreign Service since 2003. His overseas assignments include serving as the Consul General of India, Birmingham (U.K), and at the Indian Mission to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, based at Brussels.

Prior to that, he held the office of Deputy Chief of the Protocol (Ceremonial) from 2010-2013. During this period, his responsibilities included organising the foreign visits of the prime minister of India, and the incoming visits at the level of heads of states and heads of governments, vice-presidents and foreign ministers.

"Never forget your duty, your Dharma. Your duty you have to your fellow beings, towards society, towards the world at large and towards the generations to come. That is to the environment and the planet as a whole, this is fundamental to our heritage and our values. It is what makes us who we are and is more relevant today than ever before."
- H.E. Dr. Aman Puri

All our students are individuals with their own backgrounds and experiences. We are glad we could offer the opportunities to our students to develop these skills and qualities and now it is up to our students to reflect their learning and follow their righteous path.
