Taking a stand for the love of green!

Indeed, a glorious green moment for The Indian High School, Al Garhoud as our valued member of the Primary department, Ms. Nithya Abraham makes it as one of the five finalists for the Green Teacher Award in UAE!

The event, organized by Al Futtaim Group, the e-mobility partner for COP 28, in collaboration with ARN (Arabian Radio Network), took place on December 12th, 2023. It emphasized the significance of integrating environmental education in classrooms among diverse nationalities across the UAE. Ms. Nithya Abraham outlined her strategy based on UN Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on how technology can contribute to environmental protection. As a finalist, she was honored with a recognition award.
