List of documents required to be submitted by selected candidates
Pre-KG & KG 1
- 2 copies of the passport with a valid visa page and parents' details page.
- 2 copies of valid Emirates ID. Emirates ID is mandatory.
- 2 copies of the Birth Certificate with attestations.
- 2 recent passport size photographs with the name and grade written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
Rules regarding Birth Certificate
- If the child is born in UAE or any AGCC country, then the Birth Certificate issued in Arabic or English by the Government Department of that country is valid and the Birth Certificate need not be attested.
- If the child is born in India or any other country (Except UAE or any AGCC Country) then the Birth Certificate is to be attested by the UAE Embassy, Delhi OR UAE Consulate, Mumbai / Kerala. The Birth Certificate should be in English language.
OR
If the Birth Certificate is not in English and the same is not attested by the UAE Embassy, Delhi OR UAE Consulate, Mumbai/ Kerala, then the parent can obtain the Birth Certificate from the Indian Consulate, Dubai. Please note that the Sworn-in-affidavit issued by the Consul General of India is not accepted. No attestation is required on the Birth Certificate issued by the Indian Consulate, Dubai.
KG 2 & Grade 1 (If the child has not attended a recognized school earlier)
- If the child has not attended a recognized school before seeking admission then the same procedure as mentioned above for KG1will be applicable.
- Admissions are based on approvals from regulatory authorities.
Note: Admission in KG 1 / KG 2 / Grade 1
- Children seeking admission in KG 1 / KG 2 / Grade 1 and coming from India or outside UAE will not be admitted in the month of September on the basis of the Birth Certificate. In such case, the parents have to produce the School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate with all the necessary attestations, as explained above along with the Birth Certificate.
KG 2 to Grade 4
Students transfer from local schools in Dubai, i.e. falling under the same educational zone.
- 2 copies of the passport with a valid visa page and parents' details page.
- 2 copies of valid Emirates ID. Emirates ID is mandatory.
- 2 recent passport size photographs with the name and grade written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
- 1 copy of the Annual Examination/mid-term exam marksheet from the previous school attended by the student. Attestation is not required on the mark sheet.
- CAT4 results(as applicable) from the previous school.
- Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate. The gap between the date of leaving the previous school in Dubai and the date of admission to this school, should not be more than TWO WEEKS.
Student transfer from other emirates to Dubai (UAE), i.e. one educational zone to another.
- 2 copies of the passport with a valid visa page and parents' details page.
- 2 copies of valid Emirates ID. Emirates ID is mandatory.
- 2 recent passport size photographs with the name and grade written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
- 1 copy of the Annual Examination mark sheet from the last school attended by the student. Attestation is not required on the mark sheet.
- Transfer certificate OR school leaving certificate signed and stamped by the School Principal and attested by the Educational Authority in that Emirate from where the child is coming.
- The gap between the date of leaving the previous school in Dubai and the date of admission to this school, should not be more than TWO WEEKS.
Student transfer from other Gulf countries, i.e. Outside UAE (Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, Saudi Arabia etc.)
- 2 copies of the passport with a valid visa page and parents' details page.
- 2 copies of valid Emirates ID. Emirates ID is mandatory.
- 2 recent passport size photographs with the name and grade written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
- 1 copy of the Annual Examination marksheet from the last school attended by the student. Attestation is not required on the mark sheet.
- Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate signed and stamped by the School Principal and attested by Ministry of Education of the GCC Country. The class in which the student is studying and the class to which he/she has been promoted must be shown clearly in FIGURES and WORDS and not in Roman figures. Transfer certificate/school leaving certificate must be in English language. The gap between the date of leaving the previous school and the date of admission to this school should not be more than ONE MONTH.
Student transfer from India
- 2 copies of the passport with a valid visa page and parents' details page.
- 2 copies of valid Emirates ID. Emirates ID is mandatory.
- 2 recent passport size photographs with the name and grade written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
- 1 copy of the Annual Examination marksheet from the last school attended by the student. Attestation is not required on the mark sheet.
- Transfer certificate or school leaving certificate with attestation. The class in which the student is studying and the class to which he/she has been promoted must be shown clearly in FIGURES and WORDS and not in Roman figures. Transfer certificate/school leaving certificate must be in English language. The gap between the date of leaving the previous school and the date of admission to this school should not be more than ONE MONTH.

- Ministry of Education - Depending on the board in which the student is currently enrolled:
- State Board - District Educational Officer (DEO)
- ICSE Board
- Matriculation recognized school - Inspector of Matriculation Schools,
- CBSE Board – not required from Ministry of Education
- UAE Embassy (Delhi) or UAE Consulate (Mumbai / Kerala) in the country of origin OR Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.
