Cultural Experience

Keeping this in mind, we at IHS-AGC acknowledge the diversity of our student population and understand the importance of promoting cultural awareness. We have adopted an “inclusive” curriculum that remains respectful of differences ensuring that all students are included within all aspects of the school acknowledging the unique differences students may possess. Students learn how to synthesize cultural differences into their knowledge base.

We build a significant cultural experience in our classroom lessons and extracurricular activities. Well planned classroom activities/school programmes highlighting diversity create a positive environment where students learn to be respectful of and appreciate different backgrounds and cultures.

We organize special events at the school that raise awareness about diversity, which is built into the fabric of the school. Programmes like UAE National Day celebrations, Indian Republic Day, Annual Day programmes and others offer students a range of cultural experiences that develop open-mindedness, critical thinking and aesthetic appreciation.
