IHS Star Swimmer Makes India Proud!
Tanish George Mathew, of grade 11 at the Oud Metha campus, won a Bronze for India in the recently concluded 97th Latvian Open Swimming Championship held from 26th to 28th February 2021 in Riga, Latvia. The event was FINA Approved Swimming Qualifying Event for Olympics conducted by the Swimming Federation of Latvia.
Tanish participated in 50m Butterfly, 100m Butterfly, 200m Butterfly and 200m Freestyle events. His spirit and stamina were both laudable and won him a bronze medal in 200m Freestyle.
